We are also going to try to have the meeting available so people can attend virtually, so please see link below.

Our meetings are held at the Stan Cassidy Centre at 7PM and parking is free! To park, pull up to the Centre's gate and press the button. The security will let you through. Wheel chair parking is available directly in front of the building. Once you enter the building, go in the elevator to the next floor up. Turn left off of the elevator and you will see the meeting room next to the rehabilitation lounge.

For virtual meetings, you just need to click HERE. You don't need to sign into an account or download anything. Just select the option "continue on this browser" and it will automatically start.​

Accessing the Meeting

At 6:30pm, the Tuesday night of the meeting, I will post the link to the meeting here. 
Please see below for visual instructions on how to join. If you do not have Microsoft Teams or a Microsoft account, that is ok, you do not need one. If you are using a tablet or cell phone, you will need to download the Microsoft Teams app.

I suggest that you test out your camera and microphone before the night of the meeting!! To do this, just open the camera on your device and try taking a video of yourself. If you can see and hear yourself, things are working properly. 

**If you would like to test out joining a MS Teams meeting, please send an email and we will sent up a trial run so you are ready for the meeting.**
